Heyas
Is it possible to co-op Star Wars Battlefront with a friend as one game installed to Xbox One and another one to PC? Trying to play with family member in online, but can't find him anywhere so i could add him as a friend, so we could join together to multiplayer.
Is game built so, that PC and console players are on different servers and can't play together or even add as a friend, or something like that?
Kinda frustrating to sink money to two games, sit few meters apart from each other in same house and not being able to "be friends" or co-operate in multi-player mode.
Just to clarify, that both PC and Xbox are both behind same router and share same Internet connection.
If someone bothers to answer and perhaps even give advices, I would be extremely grateful.
Happy Holidays to everyone!

Sorry, but this is not possible. PC, Xbone and PS4 all run on separate servers. You CANNOT play with people from different platforms. As much as that would be great to have, it is not possible.
