Pinballing has destroyed the balance of Fleet Battles

I can't stress the fact of how problematic pinballing in regards of the balance in Fleet Battles. This unfortunate ability is abused by PC players to the point that the targeting computer is too slow...

@ghostmonk000 even though it is too late to ask about a change to that, it won't hurt the game to patch the excessive power shunting, pinball effect.
