Play offline Star Wars Jedi: Fallen.

Hi, I want to play the game Star Wars Jedi: Fallen Order offline, but every time I start it (I have it through Steam - but it has offline mode) the EA application doesn't start and says to switch to online mode and if you want to play offline, check the box to stay logged in. I did this, but it always requires me to be online at the start, then I can be offline. But I can't always be online. Is it possible to do this without having to be online? I play various games offline. Thanks. L
