Players Names and health not appearing during gameplay
Cannot see players names or health when playing. Makes it difficult to play, I keep shooting my own teammates

Like 6Devilish6Dave6 says, you have propably deactivated it.
But if that doesn't work try to repair the game.
Open Origin> Go to 'My games tab'> Right click on Battlefront> Repair game.
