"Playing the objective" achievement issue

I contacted both EA and Microsoft over a week ago regarding the issue of "Playing the objective" not unlocking. I have been doing this for over a week and still nothing again. Neither party will accept responsibility, and will instead accuse each other. I am uploading evidence below of my most recent game of blast having had the most kills.

Sorry, but this is a bug in the game. DICE is currently aware of the issue and is working on a patch. There is no set release date, but they are working on it and it will hopefully be fixed soon.
