Potential fix for Nvidia surround 3 monitor issues

I had an unplayable issue where the HUD reticle et all was on the left monitor, not matching with the centre view at all. This was on a single 970 GTX set in game to a single desktop of 5760x180 (or similar).

As a test I went in and tried to reset the resolution to 1080p in a borderless window. It didn't do that, but it gave me 3 monitor play with centred HUD and reticle. Give it a try, see if it works for you.

EA - still need to fix this really.

    5960x@4.7ghz

    3x GTX Titan X SLI @ 1400/4000mhz

    Nvidia Surround 3x Asus Swift @ 7860x1440

Zoom reticle zooms onto left screen and not center. Tried various reconfigurations of Surround. Nothing fixes it.

I didn't touch surround - I changed all the settings in game. It SHOULD have come up borderless window on the main monitor. Instead it worked on all 3. Did you try this in game?

  • For Nvidia surround, what worked for me was going into 3d settings within the nvidia control panel and selecting the program settings tab for star wars battlefront then changing the
Multi display/mixed-GPU acceleration setting to that of multiple display performance mode. In-game settings need to be switched to windowed borderless, and blamo...surround gaming nirvana with G-sync smoothness.
