Pre-Download causes the Origin app to enter crash loop

What were you doing when the bug occurred? Step by Step detail is helpful. Launched the Origins app to install the game after pre-downloading earlier. The app tried to download the game once again to a new location under the pretense that it was "repairing" the game. Stop the "repair" and selected the "Locate Game" option. After choosing the pre-downloaded location, the app entered a crash loop. Crash loop meaning that the app would crash, I would restart it and it would instantly crash again. This did not stop until I moved the pre-download directory. After launching the app it would try to download once again the game to a new directory under the repair guise. Selecting the locate game once again sent the app into a crash loop.
