Pre-Order Bonuses Not Unlocking

Yeah I'm having the exact same problem, only on the Steam Version instead. Sorry I got no solution to speak of.

Same problem, also on steam, pre-ordered months ago. Very unhappy.

I have the 'Star Wars Squadrons Pre-Order Edition Content' but none of the cosmetic has unlocked. Says wait for operation 2.

I'm still missing my preorder bonuses, All of the cosmetic items that I should have are locked and say they'll be available in operation 2. Although I see other people with the preorder bonuses in game.

I was hit with the 918 error on launch so I'm not surprised that there are still lingering issues with the steam version.

Personally I never ran into an error code but I did pre order months ago, I was given the steam profile borders but the in game cosmetic items are all locked, same as you. Kind of frustrating considering it is the only reason I pre ordered, and should be a simple fix there end, but I haven't seen anyone else with the issue as of yet.

What were you doing when the bug occurred? Step by Step detail is helpful. When I go to customize my pilots I notice that the preorder skins are either absent or locked. I definitely preordered the game on Steam and received the Steam profile frame bonus but not the ingame items.

This seems to be a bug across a few platforms but for me it is happening on Steam. Despite preordering I do not have any of the preorder items unlocked. Straight forward issue really and hopefully it gets resolved.

Here's what I'm seeing in game. I've tried restarting it, I've waited 3 days, I've removed and reinstalled the DLC on steam and still nothing. 

Yeah I got the steam borders too, and in the DLC section of the game page on steam it says I have the preorder edition, pretty frustrating when ever I see someone who does have the cosmetics equipped in game lol
