Pre-Order Bonuses Not Unlocking

How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
How severe is your issue? Can play with mild frustration
What happens when the bug occurs? Unable to access pre-order items
What do you expect to see? New Republic Recruit items, Echo Squadron skins, Imperial Ace items, Var-Shaa Hunter skin for X-Wing, Var-Shaa Survivor skin for TIE Interceptor
Which ship were you playing? If not applicable, just answer "no" or "none." None
What components were you using? DNA
Which customizations (if any) were you using? Starter (supposed to have pre-order bonuses)

I pre-ordered Squadrons a day before release. I have the pack itself downloaded onto my Xbox and have tried a hard restart but it still has yet to work. I have seen some people talk about it but there's no response from EA or Microsoft.

    Hey everyone,

    You'll need to play for a bit in order to find your pre-order content in-game. Here's how:

    • Complete the Prologue, and unlock all four ships for each faction in the Hangar to receive your items.
      • Find your Ship Skins in Hangar -> select ship -> Edit loadout.
      • Find Flight Suits via Main Menu -> Customization.

    If you've been playing specifically on Steam and you're missing pre-order content, and you experienced Error 918, please check > this < thread.

    If you're not playing on Steam, and you still haven't received your pre-order content after progressing far enough into the game, please leave a comment here.

    @Straatford87 I also pre ordered the game on xbox one, have the pre order content installed on the hard drive, but the cosmetics are still locked behind the "operation 2" caption. I also got a notification that I have the pre order content in game, but still no unlocks. Any help would be appreciated!

    Same is happening to me on PS4. Tried to do what the dev response said, doesn’t work. Help would be greatly appreciated.

    I have my game through Steam and still do not have the pre-order items either.

    I preordered on September 2 at Gamestop for PC. The code I received unlocked the game at ORIGIN, but there is NO access to the preorder content.

    I have gone through the entire campaign and unlocked all of the ships.

    Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.  Thank you and take care.
