Pre-Order from Walmart, never received code

Question

I know that the EA solution is to contact the retailer, but in my case Walmart is saying that I need to contact EA about receiving the code.&nbsp; They are being less than helpful, and I'd really like to play this map that I paid for.&nbsp; I've commented on a couple of threads and have received no response - can someone at EA help me out, please?

Unfortunately this would be up to Walmart to give you the code as they sold you the game and are supposed to provide you with the key for it. Sorry but we won't be able to assist here and support won't be able to provide you with a code for it.
