problem with fps
hey, just bought the premium origin access so i can play the new star wars game, i searched the technical requirements for the game and everything seems to check out, my pc is pretty good with gtx 10...

@kkamos00 you need to whitelist the fallen order exe within the acronis active protection. This raised my fps from 35 to 90

This was exactly my issue. I have an i5-8600k with a RTX 2070 8GB and I was getting 19FPS no matter what I did. I whitelisted the entire game folder and my FPS shot up to 90+. Thank you!Whitelisted with what though? is there some program causing issues?
@CorruptedUndead Thanks for the tip! I was completely stumped as to what the issue might be and never would have thought to look at Acronis.

@Dissolution187acronis active protection/acronis backup - its a backup/anti-ransomware program
Also, acronis is definitely not the only thing causing these performance problems. I have the same issues and am not running acronis on my pc.
