Profile picture not showing in-game

So, my profile picture, is not showing in game, in fact, i cant se other players profiles pic. instead only black boxes appear, on origin and related websites it appears to be fine. i ould appreciate if someone could help me fixing this.

    Did you find a solution? I see its been around 6 years since you posted this and EA hasn't given a solution

    Do a hard reboot on ur Xbox. Should sort the issue.
