PS4 Bundle Version vs Disc Version Issues

We purchased the Battlefront bundle which we played successfully (which had Battlefront installed on the hard drive). We inserted a Battlefront disc and played successfully. Now, the PS4 won't let us play the version that was installed on the hard drive. It keeps looking for the disc version. How do we get the PS4 to recognize the hard drive installed version and/or forget the disc version? Do we have to delete Battlefront information on the PS4 and re-installing using our key?
