PS4: Doors not opening as expected

Product: Star Wars Jedi: Fallen Order
Platform:Sony Playstation 4
Summarize your bug In the imperial trench section of Ilum, there is a door that leads outside of the caves. I have completed the game and the door is highlighted green, but I am unable to go through it. Other PS4 users have mentioned the same thing on Reddit and for different doors.
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Try going to a door after game completion (issue only isolated to BD-1 doors I belive)
What happens when the bug occurs? Doors do not open as expected
What do you expect to see? Doors to open as expected
