PS4 freeze issue in cut scenes

Started playing the main campaign again after the latest update and so far this has happened on every mission I have played yesterday and today.  This happened on missions 4, 5, 6, and 7.  When the mission starts and I am talking to the crew either before or after you watch the mission objectives video, the game will stop moving around.  The game is still running, but I have no control of the pointer to move to the next person our move to my ship/mission room to go to the hanger or enter my ship.  The reticular is just frozen.  I can hear and see people moving and walking around, but I cant move with the left analog stick or anything.  This has happened every time on the above missions at least once.  I can open the game menu and quit back to the main menu, then I can restart the mission, but I have to listen to all the dialogue again, which I usually skip.  The last time (the abyss mission) it froze after I talked to a crewmember, but where it froze my icon was on the launch mission (ship) even though I couldnt move it around....  so I hit X and it let me load to my ship loadout screen.  This was the first mission that I could pick my ship.  In the last mission, it made me use a bomber so in this mission I choose the xwing, and did my loadout.  When I hit R2 to start the mission, it counted down but it showed the ywing bomber take off and leave the hanger..... just thought it was just graphics since i choose the xwing for this mission.  When the mission loaded and started, I was not in an xwing, but the ywing and I could not move at all... I was flying straight, but I had no control over anything... could not speed up, adjust shields, fire, move, nothing....  so had to quit to main menu...  this is getting annoying... this has not happened until the latest patch....  anyone else having this issues with the PS4?

Also, it only happens back in base after talking to crewmembers or mission briefings,... it has not happened while in mission playing the game....
