PS4 Pro Frame drops issues-Jedi Fallen Order

The new Star wars Jedi Fallen Order suffers from terrible frame drops on PS4 Pro when not playing on performance mode. I have also noticed textures and characters pop in after the game loads or respawn the character at most points. Please take this matter on to hands and fix it ASAP.

Well 1.04, from the notes, was to address a lot of issues but I'm still having the same issues on my base PS4 slim.

    1. Almost 1 minute for respawns. (way too long)

    2. Same texture pops and lag in transitions to new areas.

    3. FPS drops after about 1 hour playing or after a respawn.

I have faith that they will fix these issues but I have no idea when, especially with the holidays. ☹️

  • guys I think I found a solution for this just turn off your "share user data" for some reason and it will reduce the frame drop and stuttering

  • @wardener007 be ashamed in the face EA games the game is all bugged with falling frames, takes time to load the textures of the scenery, rendering issues, made 4 updates and still * I paid 260 tale in a bugged game and capped game in ps4 fat fix this or I will ask for refund due to errors of this game, this is a lack of respect for the consumer is not worth buying, my email to give me please [edit: email address removed] in the forum complained nor ball EA ses are buxa de canham

  • Im sure a lot of people have been bringing this up, but the performance on the PS4 pro is so disappointing.  In regular settings the game stutters every couple of seconds and there are even times when it will freeze for 5-10 seconds and then come back.  I love a lot of aspects of this game, but come on.  How were you guys okay with releasing the game in that state on console.  There's no way you were oblivious to the performance issues.

Ive also switched the settings to performance mode, which makes the stuttering slightly better, but the issues persist.  It keeps taking me out of the game, and I really wish you guys could do something about it so I could enjoy the game to the fullest extent.

  • Well i have started the game this week again to see if there are any improvements but sadly nothing.

Guess no more fallen order for me then.. to bad i was looking forward to this game!

Hello, I've been noticing the same poor performance on my PS4 Pro. Performance mode doesn't help too much. I have the latest update as well.

  • @wardener007 Hello, I've been playing this game for about 10-15 hours and I have the most recent updates and enabled performance mode and the issue persists but a bit less than having it turned off.
  • @wardener007 I agree I notice cal legs sink to his knees at slope slides , there's alot that wasn't done! Shame Thanks

The game Jedi Fallen Order in year 2023 update 1.12 still continue to be unplayable. The stucks on PS4 Pro and has frame drops up to 40fps in all planets. Also freezing when i use elevator in sith areas. I don't have money for ps5 mr EA because i bought PC. For all the above reasons update the older consoles and optimized the game and please don't leave PS4 Pro and Xbox on the brink.
