I've tried this a few times, and it does seem to help in connecting to individual game.
Bump. I'm getting this issue too. Haven't been able to play in last 2 days.

Same here. Would really like to hear about a proper fix. Starting a network test as a potential fix is a joke.

Then I would recommend providing some information about your internet service, as it is clear that this issue isn't widespread - if it were, you'd be reading about it in the headlines.

agreed !! this is definitly EA's fault pppl are having this issue wit Xbox n PC tooo. so yeah fiddling wit internet conection might get me into 1 game but only after trying 10 times n seeing a cant connect msg is insane. EA needs to fix this game or give us our money back!
