What troubleshooting steps have you tried so far? Port forwarding, restarting system/router
@MontyKy one additional step you might try is setting your router to use the Google DNS, as listed in this help article at the bottom: https://help.ea.com/en/article/how-to-flush-dns-cache-for-windows/
Not sure if that will work, but fingers crossed.

Thank you for the suggestion, but still no luck.
Also, the "Test connection" work around is no longer working for me today.
