I have the same problem, did all port forwarding, even set up static ip and DMZ zone, nothing has helped. Also have had trouble with adding credit card info. EA has proven to me with this big failure of a release that they don't want OR deserve my money. Any info as to how to fix this would be great. I was so excited to get the Star Wars PS4 w/Battlefront, and now I can't play matches with more than 20 people and I have to try at least 5 matches before I finally make it into one. I've gone through all the typical hoops and when through EA's connection guide. Did all the simple ones like the "test connection" fix, that never worked for me, and the "Restore Licenses" didn't work either. This is disheartening that EA is ignoring all of these fans just trying to play this game. If we could even get a "Hey! This is EA we are working to solve the issue promptly!" would at least show you care somewhat about your customers.
