PS4: You have lost connection to PlayStation Network

So I think I may have solved this issue.  Somebody earlier posted about getting a new modem from their ISP.  My setup is my modem from my ISP, then it goes to my router, then PS4.  It appears my modem also had a router built in.  So I turned the modem into bridge mode to pass through to my router.  That seems to have solved my issue.  My guess is the ISP modem was blocking the routed traffic that I forwarded on my router before it even got to my router.  Everything seems to be working fine now.
