PS5 - Bounty Hunter enemies don't respawn. (PS4 version had the same bug)

Summarize your bug PS5 - Bounty Hunter enemies don't respawn. I missed the scan on the one with the jet pack so that i can't get the trophy for all scans and also the platinum trophy. I checked every location multiple times with reloading the game. It seems this was a bug on the PS4 version. Now the PS5 version has the same bug.
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? After you have killed all Bounty Hunter enemies, they don't respawn.
What happens when the bug occurs? Bounty Hunter enemies don't respawn and can't be scanned for a trophy.
What do you expect to see? Bounty Hunter enemies need to respawn. Otherwise you need to play the game again to the end to get the trophy for all scans.
