PS5 - Jetpack Bounty Hunters never respawn (platinum trophy blocker)

Summarize your bug I need one trophy to Platinum Fallen Order - Data Collector. Like so many, while I was exploring all the planets, I ran into countless Haxion Brood Bounty Hunters, including the jetpack guy. I'm pretty sure I have scanned him but it hasn't registered. I need ONE scan to get the trophy and I cannot get the jet pack bounty hunter to respawn anywhere, on any planet. I can't find anything on the forums for the PS5 version or anything on this within the last 6 months, so I made a user name to see if someone at Respawn could help! I've reinstalled the game, I've turned off my PS5, and I've revisited all the "hot spots" that other users have had success finding the bounty hunter. Help please, thank y'all!

Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Historic data of reported issues on PS4 and X1 of this bounty hunter bug.
What happens when the bug occurs? Jetpack bounty hunter, or any other bounty hunter never respawn after you defeat them once.
What do you expect to see? Bounty hunters respawning in their expected locations.
I'm hoping to find a workaround or a PS5 patch coming out soon to fix this issue that seems to be the most persistent bug in the forums. Thank you.
