    @dr_jim So I figured it out when you said you had a razer naga. I'm also using an MMO mouse (corsair) and I wondered if your habits were similar to mine. Try this:

    Hold down 3 for the pull and WHILE your doing it, press 2 for the push on your keyboard. Also works if you just use the keyboard. Don't try to release the pull and quickly push.

    So glad I found this thread. This solution works! I was getting so frustrated. Also, I do not have any special gaming equipment in case anyone is wondering. I have a basic logitec mouse and laptop keyboard. Thank you for posting and solving this!
