What were you doing when the bug occurred? Step by Step detail is helpful. I had finished a ranked match, which I won, and as the ranked screen appeared to denote an increase in rank, my rank did not increase (though the sound did play). I can confirm that it wasn't simply a graphical error as the next game I played, I lost, and my percentage was still at 27% before dropping below 20%. A player had dropped during that match, but it specifically said that MMR would still be counted.

I overall enjoy this game, I just hope that this can be fixed so that all of my ranked games will count.
