It's pretty terrible. I regularly get about 10-15 ranking points per win, but 70-120 per loss. As a result, even with a roughly 90% win rate, I am barely moving through ONE ranking bracket.
I lost a 4v5, BARELY, and still got hammered for -72 points.
I have no idea who set this ranking system up, but it is clearly failing badly. The skill levels of players being matched together are wildly disparate.
@TrichorTTVThis right here is why I won’t touch the ranked games. The point system makes no sense at all. If you win you get points. If you lose, you gain nothing. Why wasn’t this done? OP, this was a much needed post. +1
