The Battlefront team has indeed moved on to work on content for Star Wars Battlefront II, thus there will no longer be any content updates for this original title. Star Wars Battlefront is included in Origin Access and EA Access memberships, as for giving it away for free we're not aware of any upcoming promotions like that, but appreciate the feedback.

We recommend keeping an eye on Origin's Twitter account for the latest news on upcoming promotions and sales.
