Aaaaaand one more question from me - I know, I can be quite annoying with them 😳
Does the crash occur when you try to use the Social Hub or when a game party is created? Or perhaps the game crashes right away, when you try to access multiplayer?
We've received quite a few reports about Xbox One issues related to usage of Social Hub. We're trying to figure out if your problem is also related to it.
Many thanks for your answers!

It pretty much crashes as soon as my account connects to EA. I can’t really do much until then. As soon as I see the little gamer pictures of people on my friends list pop up on the top, the game will freeze then crash.

- EA try to force us to play BATTLEFRONT II 🤔
- ApprovedAnonymous7 years agoYeah but funny enough both battlefronts are having issues
- ApprovedAnonymous7 years agoThe game will crash right away when it connects to multiplayer, directly after choosing an account to play on. Regardless of whether or not you’ve joined a party or are trying to join, it will still crash.
However, I have seen issues where if I am in a game and someone specific joins my game party, whether they are in the same game or not, will immediately crash my game. Others I know have experienced similar situations. I do not know if this is just coincidence, as I have only tried it a couple times, but it is definitely worth mentioning. - ApprovedAnonymous7 years ago
It happens like this -- open Battlefront, game tries to connect to multiplayer server, immediately freezes and crashes.

It's almost as if EA is sick of people like myself, who pre-ordered Battlefront II and then canceled it re: loot boxes and continued to play Battlefront I... if you want customers to buy your product, and you have the power to intentionally break the old product and force them to use the new one, why not, right?
