Sorry for the delay, have you followed all the on screen prompts about dodging and parrying the attacks?

yes spend too much tile taking out scouts just sits there and never turns blue

For anyone else still struggling with this. I spent way too long killing storm troopers that are never ending . I then followed the instruction to dodge and parry and did it in 30 seconds.
