Same problem. Idk if it's intended, or this is a bug cuz game recommended to use a controller, but it feels really awkward to move and fight sometimes.

Mine does it in places as well. I think its intended so your view stays locked on specific stuff. Happens after some cut scenes etc. Just seems to lock the camera until you pass a certain point in that direction. Feels uncomfortable and weird. Hope they change that.
