Re: Chest not counting towards completion, trophy unobtainable
There has to be at least an easy workaround that can be patched. A failsafe that updates collection based on your inventory of collectibles. Even that would temporarily solve this.

Oh I agree this should be an easy fix. There are many posts with the same issues regarding chests and secrets. This needs be to addressed along with other game breaking bugs.
