When you reach the last platform from the first set, look to your right (if facing the platform where Master Tapal is) and jump, Cal will grab a ledge that you can't see and shimmy to the right until you reach the two platforms on that wall. Once on them, a new set of platforms will appear. This goes on for all other sets of platforms until you are able to reach Master Tapal. Hope that helps.
