Origin does also support the Xbox 360 controller as well.

    Hello,

    For some reason, my Xbox 360 controller does not work with Star Wars Jedi: Fallen Order. The analogue sticks are the only ones that actually function and let me around in-game, but the other keypads do not work. I have tried with multiple Xbox 360 controllers and made certain they function in other games. Any suggestions?

    @EA_CadeI've been having no luck getting my xbox one controller to work with Jedi Fallen Order on Origin either, both sticks work but there's no buttons active. I've double checked using it with with all my other games including Origin Access games with no issues. I've cleared my cache, reinstalled multiple times. uninstalled and reinstalled the controller, have no controller programs running.

    Any ideas?

    @EA_Cade Yes Sir, I have tried shutting off discord. origin, and steam over lays, I've uninstalled and reinstalled, cleared all cache. I can move the character and menu selections with stick but no buttons work no matter what I try.

    @EA_Cade Origin access. also tried a boot of the game exe and origin through Steam to see if I could get controller support via that method. Also tried changing from borderless window to full screen.

    Again I can jump into NFS: Heat right now and no issue

    @SrslyNoz That's really odd. Long shot - have you tried running Origin as an Administrator first?

    @EA_Cade Have now tried Origin and the game as admin, no change. I just can't understand, the stick is recognized, so the controller is picked up in Jedi and it works in other games as well.

    Hi @SrslyNoz,

    So sorry for the delay. If you go into the Options - Controls menu on Fallen Order with a Keyboard/Mouse then move the stick on the Xbox controller do you see the buttons mapped for the Xbox controller or does it stay on Keyboard and Mouse?

    @EA_Cade No concerns about speed of response, I appreciate your time. If I go into the option/controls with keyboard and mouse, I lose the ability to move back to stick control without restarting the game.

    Thanks, you mentioned that you reinstalled the driver earlier, which driver do you currently have installed for the controller?

    @EA_Cade No drivers just native blue tooth in Windows 10, I've removed and re-added the device but have not touched any drivers.

    @SrslyNoz My xbox one controller with usb cable wich windows 10 Pro detects perfectly in its control panel doesn't work either.

    Most likely that controller is being recognized as controller 2 instead of controller 1 and something else is filling the controller 1 slot.
