It still happens. Any other ideas? Should I manually replace KERNELBASE.dll anyway?
Added dxdiag from after this test too. Wasn't sure if it would help or if anything changed.

Okay, so I think a clean driver reinstall is next.
Run the following driver uninstall utility: http://support.amd.com/en-us/kb-articles/Pages/AMD-Clean-Uninstall-Utility.aspx
Once complete, run your video driver setup again and reboot when that is done.
Again, retest at that point and post your results here. Thanks.
It seems to be working. I have no idea why. I already did a clean driver install about 6 or 7 times. I still get the same problem with ME:Andromeda but it stopped for Battlefront.
