This is 100% a bug on Anti Cheat site, please EA take care and switch to a serious anti-cheat software. Until I will not pay any more for your games.
I am experiencing this same issue with Easy Anti Cheat. Do you run a Windows 10 Insider preview build. I run a Windows 10 Insider preview build and had this same issue with the preview for Amazon's New World mmo which also uses Easy Anti Cheat.
And I agree, Easy Anti Cheat is total junk and I wouldn't have bought the game had I known they were using Easy Anti Cheat since it sucks and is the only anti-cheat engine I have encountered yet that won't work for Windows 10 Insider builds.
