Thank you for the response. I actually went back to 15.7.1 drivers and I suggest that anyone that comes across this problem do the same. It is a driver issue that I hope they address in the Crimson update someday but as for now this has fixed the problem. I hope this helps anyone that comes across this issue thanks for bringing light to it xp
