In a game were most top players run around constantly to make it difficult to connect a kill shoot it was nice to have a weapon that you could fire to temporarily suppress them and actually make them find some cover instead of getting into a long range jump up and down dodge feast.... "Oh he is going to shoot at me I need to start jumping around a whole lot and try to shoot him more times first." I have this weird expectation that when I get in a gun battle something other than bouncing around like a bunny rabbit needs to be happening. COVER....COVER....COVER finally get a weapon that makes you use cover more and people scream bloody murder. The pulse cannon is clearly OP to even the original Homing Shot, and now with no other weapon to counter it is insanely OP. I just want a no hassle weapon I can fire off quick for some suppression....Most of the people who had a problem with Homing Shot deserved to have a lot of homing shots coming there way. I have no sympathy for players camping/sniping the spawn points.... and Homing Shot was the number one problem these guys run into.... six homing shoots coming your way? Stop sitting on top of the spawn point!
