he is right, unplug the throttle then map it, then plug it back in.

This should be the only answer, still needs an actual fix.
I was able to fix it by disconnecting my throttle and binding it to my stick. After that I reconnected it and everything works perfectly.
Cant believe it, but that solved it for me, too! .. Couldnt bind several buttons of the warthog, but disconnecting one of them (Stick/Throttle) i could bind the buttons of the connected one without a problem... strange bug X-)

- @Jassandar same here. disconnecting the x56 throttle allowed for my yaw to be set correctly. this needs to be looked at ASAP
- @JongyHD I can only get 2 items for flight controls not 3. ive got a thrustmaster setup and im just not sure what to do. any help???? ive tried what you said and the only way i can get the pedals to come up is if i disconnect the throttle, plug in the pedals and THEN RESTART the game. but then when I plug the throttle back in it doesnt work.
