Hi there, we have the same problem. As a long flight simmer (like you i think), i have 5 devices too,two sorts of throttles, my rudder pedals, gamepad, MFD...
I dont know if i can delete my second throttle to enable rudders. It s really messed up.

Same issues for me. With a throttle, two joysticks, pedals, MFDs, and a few other button controllers, having it recognize only the first two random controllers in my case, it makes Squadrons completely unflyable in my simpit without completely disassembling everything for this one game. Really disappointed that they didn't prepare for players who might have more than one or two controllers attached. Very short sighted on their part. I'm surprised EA had a 1990 mindset as far as 'flight stick' inputs... thought they were better than that. Guess this one goes back on the shelf until they step up and fix this issue.
