You have access to all of your Product Codes, please clarify your issue, thanks.
Community ManagerOnce a product code is redeemed on an account, it is consumed and cannot be reused.
If you are the owner of both the account the code was redeemed on and the account you want the game moved to then we may be able to help.
Having said that, you will need to contact an Advisor to make this kind of change.
