adding the required ports to your router will help. load your router home page and go to advanced settings and import them, They are all posted on this forum. I had the same issue until I included the ports.
ports to add:
3569, 9946, 9988, 10000-29999, 42100-42200
3659, 9565, 9570, 9000-9999
80, 3074, 53
443, 8080
