Community Admin@dogggo0 A reinstall shouldn't be needed, but there are some steps that may help.
To start, can you unplug any extra USB devices other than your keyboard and mouse, and see if that helps at all?
If this has no effect, you can try a repair. Right-click the game panel in Origin and you should get the repair option. This should forego any need to reinstall.

Community AdminGood to know. 🙂 In this case it sounds like a 3rd party program is interfering with the game. You can try turning back on your programs gradually and check the game intermittently, it should help track down the conflicting program.

I have the same problem, expect that i can use the mouse all along, but no keyboard. I did try your solution, didn't help me :/

If you're using an expensive/gaming keyboard can you try ensuring that any software for it is installed/updated.
