@DoomPredator1991 You can also lower your refresh rate down to 60 hz through Nvidia control panel. Also you can lower to 120 and set the Star Wars program to adaptive half refresh rate in the Vsync tab. This usually helps in games locked to 60 FPS

    lowering the capped fps does help quite a bit.   in the game settings I lowered mine to 45 fps and then put vsync on.   its not nearly as noticeable now and I now can at least enjoy the game.

    I understand many will not accept this as a solution.  but its the only thing thats going to make a difference besides messing with overlocking settings of the cpu or vram,  which I'm skeptical of.    and honestly I can't tell the difference between 100 and 45 fps in this game anyways...   this definitely does not excuse the terrible coding or optimization of this game from a big budget company which is embarrassing.
