Community AdminI suspect the issue is related to write permissions and Origin not installing what it needs. Can you try another Clean Boot, then temporarily disable your anti-virus. At this point run an Origin reinstall again, as an administrator.
Hopefully after all this the issue will disappear and the text will display correctly.

Back on the issue, going through some of the older reports of this one person reported that updating their Windows helped. Perhaps you're already updated or you have your own reasons to not update, but it may be worth a shot.

Back on the chance of getting this fixed, can I check what language your Windows is set to, and what language your Origin is set to? If it's not English can you try changing Origin to English?
You can change this by clicking Origin in the top left, then Application Settings. The first tab will have the language select.
