There is one sphere in the swinging platform you use to get to the next room.  There should be one sphere in the next room.  The third sphere is located directly above the tomb guardian.  You will need to elevate using the first two spheres to get to the third.  To do that knock the sphere out of the lower platform just enough to bring the tower down.  Once that sphere falls back into the hole you will rise up and be able to get at the third sphere.  Knock the third sphere to the floor of the chamber.  Like me you will have to figure out how to get it onto the platform it needs to be on!  I had to work on this for a while till I figured it out.  Good luck.
