Again, I tried uninstalling Origin, reinstall (as Administrator); ran Origin as Administrator; changed UAC settings in Windows 10 to allow for any installations, and now I cannot install any of my games and I keep getting the same error:
The thing is... Windows never even asks me for permission, regardless of which UAC settings I use. EA, please find a remedy to this problem. Thank you!

Thanks for the suggestions, ErikuMusic, but the problem still persists for me. I'm almost thinking that I need to take drastic measures, such as reformatting my PC and starting from scratch. I have noticed a few other bugs or errors that seem out of place in my PC as of late. Perhaps my problem is Windows 10 or something else.
Well, I went through the arduous process of resetting everything back and I am happy to say that Origin is finally allowing me to install games. Apparently, whatever was going on had something to do with my PC. Although I still feel I shouldn't have to resort to such extreme measures just to play a few games, lol.
I noticed that the most recent update of Windows 10 is giving me these errors. Once I rolled back to the previous version of Windows 10 Origin started working again like it should.
