Re: Origin in game not working

I dont see why it has anything to do with Origin Overlay. I dont want to use Origin overlay and I turn it off.

All I want to do is open "View Profile" and it says I need to be online in online mode. Which I always am

And like I said.. origin overlay works in Battlefield 4.

Battlefront thinks that i'm forever in offline-mode for some reason.

@E5tylezBattlefront uses the overlay to add friends and check profiles, so it needs to be turned on. 

Battlefield uses Battlelog and an in-game system to manage friends and profiles. If you have OIG disabled you shouldn't be able to bring up the overlay itself in the game. 

I HAVE THE SAME ISSUE. OIG is enabled, but dosnt work in battlefront only. cant add friends or use the recent link for community event on homescreen.

Would be good to get this resolved as its been bugging me for ages.

I also have the same problem. The in-game overlay shortcut (Shift+F1) does not work even after a clean boot.
