This indeed HELPED!

Once the game options for Jedi Order have been changed in Steam, as in regards of the language, the dubbing had finally switched to the said language.

I admit: this was very poorly done.

It takes HOURS to figure out how to change dubbing to original English voice acting.

Frustrating beyond belief.
