Pre-loading stuck on 68%

When I left for work at 6:15am this morning I started the pre-loading. When I got home about half an hour ago I had an error regarding easy anti cheat. Rebooted my computer, and started Origin again,...

    @AlterEgo1973 After fiddling with origin for a bit (pausing/resuming the download, and closing/restarting origin) it's loading again and I'm up to 69%.

Yes, it says Origin cannot download, yet I can download other game from origin.  I have tried it from Origin and EA BETA.

I am so sick of EA I cannot preload I want a refund so I can order off steam.
