battlefront (2015) disconnect from game server

i have been getting this message when ever i try to join a dlc match, so i asked people on the discord group and they said to repair the game via the ea app but i got the game on steam so i repaired it there but nothing changed so i uninstalled and reinstalled the game but nothing changed so i repaired it again then restarted by computer and now it gives me the same error message when i try to join 12 player matches but not dlc matches

anybody got any ideas how to fix it?
