Re: PS4 SW Battlefront Season Pass & DLC not working.

Hi, as others have said, you can grab the content from the store.

If you’re on Xbox One:
  1. Close out of Star Wars: Battlefront on your console completely.
  2. Go to My Games and Apps.
  3. Go to Star Wars: Battlefront.
  4. Tap the Menu button and choose Manage Game.
  5. Go to Ready to Install and press the A button.
  6. Download and install the new license file for each expansion DLC individually.
    • It might look like it’s installing the individual DLC, but it’s only a small file if you’ve played the DLCs before.
If you’re on PlayStation 4:
  1. Close out of Star Wars: Battlefront on your console completely.
  2. Open the PlayStation Store and go to your Library.
  3. Highlight Star Wars: Battlefront and press the X button.
  4. Highlight Related Items and scroll over to My Add-Ons then press the X button.
  5. Download and install the new license file for each expansion DLC individually.
    • It might look like it’s installing the individual DLC, but it’s only a small file if you’ve played the DLCs before.

    I did all of that. My PS4 says they're installed but when I go into the game to use them I can't access them? Should I just return it since I got it with the Ultimate Edition with a disk)? My PS4 came with the game pre-installed could that be an issue? I spent an hour messing with it.

    I paid $29.99 for the Add-On and same thing - nothing is working and it's claiming it's installed!  Purchased yesterday!  SO frustrated!

    This has worked, but I only get access to a few new maps? I don't get access to all of the new modes? Like the multi-stage modes? They're not available for me. 

    Please can you sort this out? Someone please help! This is such a joke.

    I already tried several times reinstalling the game. dling the dlcs available on my ps account. everything mentioned here and nothing! Where can I get my Money back?!?

    Every time I download the season pass, in the notifications, it says "waiting to install". But I checked it and it says it's installed, but it's still not working.

    Tried individual download of all DLC but the season pass, heroes, maps, and rogue one add on still does not work. Fix this. Game sucks, I pay additional for content just to waste my time with it not working

    I did this and it still isn't working at all. When I pay for a product, I expect it to work. I would appreciate it if you would quickly remedy this issue.

    When i try to do this it only shows me the season pass and the deluxe edition content not each individual expansion pack I'm on the ps4

    You have to get individual add-ons from the playstation store on your internet browser and download to ps4 after taking it through the checkout. REPEAT not the store on your ps4.

    I go to my library and go to dlc but it doesn't show any of them. It just shows the VR mission, the deluxe edition(since I bought it and then I bought the ultimate edition), and the season pass. Please help.

    This method does not work for me. It keeps telling me that the add on for the Season Pass is installed and it never re downloads the add on and it doesn't show or download the individual files that everyone is talking about.. All the DLC is still locked and I'm starting to get really frustrated.

    Hi,

    Just purchased the ultimate edition off the ps store and none of the dlc will work for me. It says I have the latest version of the game and the season pass is downloaded. I have restarted both the console and the application. Any idea why this isn't working?

    Hello, I tried this method, but only the season pass and the deluxe edition content show up as addons. On the PSN store the individual DLC Bespin, Rogue One, etc. are not searchable now, it only comes up with the Ultimate Edition. I also cannot find this on the PSN on a PC as well.

    This is exactly what is happening to me. I bought the game for $10 in the sale right now and the only 2 files avalible are the one on the game screen for the ultimate bundle. The individual dlcs are not there anymore and when I look at my playlists it all says content not installed. Please help EA!

    Using my PC to login to my PSN account allowed me to search and find the DLC content after buying them on sale this weekend. I had to search each individual map (death star, bespin, etc.) and add to cart, then download. The cart price is free so it clearly recognized I had bought the rights to a copy. 

    Waiting for my game to redownload from store to see if they show up in game but they have already been pushed to my Playstation 4 downloads... thanks EA tech support (worthless).

    i bought the ultimate edition, I followed all the steps and read in this forum, and still it doesnt work. I went to playstation for battlefront related items and add ons, but it doesnt show up in there.
